Edward Liu completed both his undergraduate and medical school at McMaster University. During this time, he also pursued a one-year research fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children on peripheral nerve regeneration. After completing a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at McMaster University, he pursued fellowship training in hand and wrist surgery in Melbourne, Australia. His clinical interests include hand surgery and peripheral nerve surgery.
