Dr. D’Arcy Little is a distinguished Diagnostic Radiologist who currently serves as the Head of Breast Imaging at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital in Ontario. With an impressive academic background, he graduated with an MD from the University of Toronto in 1995, earning the Cody Silver Medal for the second-highest standing in his class. Dr. Little’s career path has been diverse and accomplished. Before specializing in radiology, he practiced family medicine and served as the Director of Medical Education at York Community Services. He later completed a second residency in Diagnostic Radiology in 2009 and has since held several leadership positions, including Radiologist-In-Chief at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. As an Adjunct Clinical Lecturer at the University of Toronto in both Family Medicine and Medical Imaging departments, Dr. Little remains actively involved in medical education. He also serves as a consultant Forensic Radiologist at the Forensic Sciences Centre in Toronto and has several publications in this specialized field. Throughout his career, Dr. Little has been recognized for his clinical excellence and contributions to healthcare. He is the medical director and editor of HealthPlexus.net and hosts a podcast called “Inside Radiology: A Primary Care Perspective.” His innovative approach to patient care has led to the development of several screening programs that have benefited his community. Dr. Little is interested in Medical Education, Medical writing and Medical-Legal consultation with which he has considerable experience.
