Behnam Nowrouzi-Kia is a physician with a strong educational background and diverse clinical experience. He completed a Hospitalist Fellowship at Western University. He received his Doctor of Medicine from McMaster University, with an enrichment year in 2017-2018, and also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Toronto. His academic credentials also include an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Dr. Nowrouzi-Kia has worked as a General Practioner in Oncology at London Health Sciences Centre and as a Hospitalist Physician at Georgetown Hospital, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), and Owen Sound Hospital. He holds certification in the College of Family Physicians and is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Medical Association. His research experience is extensive, including work on topics such as corneal ectasia, uveitis, lupus, and occupational health. He has also contributed to numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals.
