General Internal Medicine

Brandon is a General Internal Medicine fellow at McGill University with a strong interest in healthcare leadership, quality improvement, and health system innovation. Based in Montreal, he completed McGill University’s Medical Preparatory Program, earned his medical degree at McGill, and subsequently completed his core Internal Medicine residency before pursuing fellowship training in General Internal Medicine.

Drawing on frontline clinical experience within one of Canada’s largest academic health networks, Brandon provides insight into healthcare operations, physician workflow, quality improvement, and the implementation of evidence-based practices. His experience spans academic medicine, interdisciplinary collaboration, and health system initiatives, allowing him to bridge clinical expertise with organizational and strategic perspectives.

Throughout his training, Brandon has held numerous leadership positions, including Lead Medical Resident for both the Core Internal Medicine and General Internal Medicine programs, as well as Site Chief with the Association of Residents of McGill, where he represented resident physicians and collaborated with institutional leadership on educational and operational initiatives.

In addition to his clinical work, Brandon is actively engaged in medical education, research, and quality improvement. He has contributed to multiple departmental committees and scholarly projects within McGill University’s Department of Medicine, with interests in healthcare delivery, physician leadership, medical education, and system improvement. His goal is to help healthcare organizations develop practical, evidence-informed solutions that improve patient care, clinician experience, and organizational performance.
