Sean Xuan Li MD

Dr. Sean Li is a family physician dually Licensed in Ontario, Canada and New York State, USA. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. He completed his undergraduate degree in Medical Sciences at Western University before earning his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O) from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York, U.S. Dr. Li went on to complete his 3-year medical residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph’s Health in New York, U.S with emphasized training in inpatient medicine and obstetrics care. During his residency, Dr. Li was recognized with the Residency Teaching Award for his approachable, down-to-earth teaching style and passion for medical education. He continues to enjoy mentoring medical learners and supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals. After successfully completing both American and Canadian certification exams, he now practices in Toronto and Mississauga in an outpatient family practice. Dr. Li is fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing him to serve a diverse patient population with greater ease and accessibility. Dr Li is passionate in optimizing outpatient logistical practices including patient flow, physician billing, and collaborating with allied health for resource navigation.
