Chang is a dermatology resident in his final year of training. After medical school, he chose to complete a 2-year family medicine residency instead of the typical 1-year internship prior to starting his dermatology residency. Chang is active in research and has several peer-reviewed publications as the primary author. His active research interests include cutaneous malignancy, surgical reconstruction, atopic dermatitis, and healthcare law/regulation. Aside from clinical duties, he enjoys community service and has been involved in organizing and providing medical care for the St. Louis Chinese community since 2011. He has co-founded the Skin Lesion Clinic (www.skinlesion.ca), a multidisciplinary clinic focused on the diagnosis and management of skin lesions.
