Experienced in healthcare, both clinical and policy-based work, Reeta’s skills as front-line worker and within backbone operations combine to align with the modern day needs in Healthcare. Leveraging her skills as a clinician, operator of a long term care facility, involvement in Health authorities to deliver health and wellbeing, as well as highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, has placed her in an ideal position to think strategically, holistically and both with short term and long term gains in mind. Her industry experience has included Provincial Government in Canada, CCGs in the UK, Health Authorities in Canada and the UK as well as the private sector internationally. Additionally, for 20 years, she worked both within and also contracted to NHS as a Physician. Her expertise as an Experienced Life Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry has further honed her abilities to be humanistic and client-centred.
